Primary Care and Dental Services at New North Charleston VA Outpatient Clinic

On June 8, The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center opened the new North Charleston VA Outpatient Clinic located at 6450 Rivers Ave. If your Primary Care Team was previously located at the main medical center or at the Trident VA Outpatient Clinic, your primary care services are now at the new clinic where your team was relocated.
A few primary care teams from our Goose Creek VA Outpatient Clinic were also relocated to North Charleston. All dental
care services moved from the main
medical center downtown to the new
North Charleston Clinic.

If you are a Veteran assigned to one of these relocated primary care teams or you receive dental services, please report to the North Charleston VA Outpatient Clinic for your appointment. We hope this reminder helps you get to the correct location for your
health care services. We no longer have primary care services at the hospital or at
the previous Trident location. Similarly,
there are no dental services provided
at the hospital downtown.
