Don Lovelace Accepts the Lahm Award from Francis Lahm. The Robert J. Lahm Award honors LtCol Robert J. Lahm who served as Chapter Secretary from 1997 to 2003 and made many significant contributions to both the community and this Chapter. The award recognizes the efforts of an individual in providing outstanding service to the Charleston community and Charleston Chapter MOAA. |
